A solar array allows the Zero Six to obtain zero energy. 

Townhomes each boast over 2,000 SF of modern, healthy living on a 20’ wide floorplan with 3bd x 3.5ba layouts spread across four living levels.

Project Overview & Update

The project received its precertification approval as PHIUS Source Zero; making this Philadelphia’s first ever development of six contiguous net zero energy townhomes.

Interior and exterior framing is complete for all six townhomes.

Preparing exterior envelope air barriers and exterior insulation with foam materials having recently arrived at the warehouse.

EisnerAmper, the company’s selected tax compliance accountant, is on-target for K1s and regulatory reporting by the 15th of February. The company month-end close deadline was moved from the 15th to the 20th of each Month. This has resulted in monthly investor reporting being pushed back to month-end.
